The General Assembly of the National Cement Joint Stock Company was held this morning, Sunday, September 28, 2025. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager of the National Investment Holding Company, and the Chairman of the Assembly (Mr. Al-Sagheer Muhammad Maelif), with the attendance of the Assembly members and the company's Board of Directors.
The meeting was devoted to reviewing and discussing the Board of Directors' report and the company's Audit Committee's report for the year 2024, in addition to discussing the items on the agenda and any new related topics.
